EGG Drop SOUP

A working mother usually busy at all times. From works, domestic chores waiting for her. Sometimes we're in a hurry for something to do, but the family need something to eat. Why not to prepare a soup while waiting for the real meal to be serve.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch- dissolved in 3 tbsp. water
  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 2green onion finely chopped

Here is How;
  • Boil chicken stock in a mediun sauce pan. Add salt and pepper
  • Add dissolved cornstarch to the boiling chicken stock. stir untill thickens and transparent
  • Put on slow fire and add egg contineously stirring gently
  • Turn off fire and garnish with green onion. and serve hot.
