HEALTHY JUNK FOOD

Yes. almost every body now loves junk food especially when there is family get together, being with chums, watching tv and to relieve hunger when diet not ready yet.
If you don't want to put on weight while sitting glued to TV consider snacking on this healtier fast food, says Rebecca Foster, Nutrition scientist from the British Nutrition Foundation:

Take it away Go for lean grilled humbergers, skinless chicken and fish burgers instead of deep fried fish "n" chips, hot dogs or pizzas.

Once you pop Popcorn and pretzels are good low-fat alternatives to potato chips; opt for the once that are lower in salt.

A bit of fizz Drink mineral water with fruit juice. Or low- calorie cola and light beer -in moderation .

Sweet tooth? Instead of gorging on ice cream and doughnuts, try non-fat frozen yoghurt, fruit sorbet or a slice of fruit loaf. Mix some dried fruit, nuts and a handful of chocolate chips.

Hi Belen! Actually, these words you posted, most people are aware already... but the bad thing is, it is really easy to tell that to practice it. I know everyone agrees on the fact that things are easier said than done...

Junks are bad... but in Philippines, fast foods arebillionnaires.. and they are all junks there!
