Most men and women age 50 and above are now prone to dyspepsia. It is a disorder of digestive function characterized by discomfort in the upper abdomen, heartburn or nausea and constipation.
Advised to eat fruits like papaya, pineapple and other fruits like citrus because these are rich in Vitamin c that increase resistance but my doctor said avoid banana and apples because these fruits may cause further constipation, they are only good in cases of diarrhea.
Eat also green and leafy vegetables that are high in fibers to prevent dyspepsia.
